Suzi Design - Part 2

I added black polka dots with Orly Instant Artist in Jet Black by just dabbing a little puddle of polish onto my work surface and dipping my dotting tool into that to create the dots. I was inspired by a talented girl named Chelsea King. Miss Chelsea used glitter instead of polka dots though. She has an Instagram account, Facebook page, and YouTube channel. Her amazing work really got me into doing my nails!
